About the event
Together we will join to learn a little about the benefits of reishi and cacao and how they support our minds & bodies in the upcoming season of the holidays and wintering.
We’ll ground into practices that support ourselves with breathing, gentle movement and restorative rest.
We will meditate on the benefits of the plants as well as play with some recipes and ingredients creating elixirs to be enjoyed in class as well as electuaries that can be taken home and given as holiday gifts for family and friends.
