Energy Healing & Stress Management Workshop

We could all do with some relief from stress around the holiday season and life in general.

• Honey Hollow Farm welcomes Sheeba, Reiki Master/Teacher and Energy Balancing Practitioner of Ahimsa Healing LLC  for this interactive workshop that will cover the core concepts behind our energy and the link between stress and anxiety.  
• You will also learn simple energy balancing techniques that will help with the management of stress and anxiety and, which form the foundation for leading a healthier life emotionally, mentally, physically.
• The morning will be spent engaging in workshops and practicums using tools to protect and support ourselves through the upcoming holiday seasons and beyond.
• We will be offering supportive tea infusions as well as light lunch afterwards, provided by Layla of Honey Hollow Farm, to support the seasonal changes.
