About the event
Join Layla & Sue for a special Nourish in Nature Class where we’ll gather in circle with herbal infusions, breathe and meditate on the healing properties of our teas and learn different ways to use them to create medicinal magic.
We will also create an immune tonic called Fire Cider & a gut-healing jar of Fermented Vegetables that we can take home to our own pantries.
We will get a tutorial on bone broth making.
Most importantly we will have an opportunity to gather in great company and explore the beauty of nature in a healing and meditative way.
