Are you looking for a way to build a bridge between the Summer and Fall seasons?

Are you in need of reconnecting with yourself and grounding into a new season and pace?

Dropping into a sensory sound experinece is wonderful way to take a moment out of the motion, movement and chaos and redirect your energies inward.

It is wonderful moment to let go of the things that have come before. 

By giving our selves the opportunity to be in our bodies and be present, we can open our beings to ground into and attune our beings to the upcoming Fall Season. 

Together we will activate our senses through sound, smell, touch and taste - in order to open up and realign our energy centers, as well as draw awareness to being present. 

 Layla will be joined by Sound Experience Facilitator Ryan Haddon. 

Ryan is a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist , Breathwork & Sound Experience Facilitator and Meditation Teacher. Ryan Haddon has been on the path of whole wellness for over 20 years, piecing lived experiences and learnings together to continuously evolve her practice..

Ryan will guide the guests on the experience of letting go, activating the senses, deep relaxation and accessing ones own self awareness by working towards removing the blocks that prevent us from receiving and connecting with our energetic centers.

 Layla's Table welcomes you to join us for this experience, as well as to have the opportunity to connect with other like-hearted beings who are looking to tap into the world within while creating connections with each other.
