Layla's Table Gather Circle: Sensory Sound Experience & Women's Circle

Sensory Sound Experience As we are making our way towards the summer, a season of bounty and movement, it is wonderful moment to let go of the things that have come before. By giving our selves the opportunity to be in our bodies and be present, we can open our beings to receive abundance in the glorious season ahead. Together we will activate our senses through sound, smell, touch and taste - in order to open up and realign our energy centers, as well as draw awareness to being present. Layla will be joined by a very dear friend and whole wellness practitioner Ryan Haddon. Together they will guide others through an experience of letting go, activating the senses, deep relaxation and accessing ones own self awareness by working towards removing the blocks that prevent us from receiving all the good that is on its way to us. The bounty that summer brings. Layla's Table welcomes you to join us for this experience, as well as to have the opportunity to connect with other like-hearted beings who are looking to tap into the world within while creating connections with each other.
