Nourish Cooking Circle

One of more most important relationships we engage in is with nourishment. Nourishment is how we achieve the energy we seek to fuel our mind, bodies and spirits. 

In this class we will create awareness around our relationship with food as it relates to the underlying question of what we seek to nourish within ourselves, both on our plates and away from the table. By understanding what it is we are trying to feed within ourselves, we can create better intention, connection, energy, expansion and ultimately joy.

Nourish Circle is where cooking meets connection and therapy for the mind, body and soul. 

We will explore ingredients that seasonally have the most nutritional value, that are warming for our bodies, and supportive to our systems in general.

We will be preparing 3 coursese that will culminate in the opportunity to break bread together, finding gratitude and creating connection with others.

Fee: $85 which includes the cost of food

What to bring :

*Your favorite chopping knife (optional)

*An apron (optional)

*Doggie bags to take any leftovers home
