Layla's Table & Sue Elkind of Dig Yoga are delighted to invite you for a Nourish in Nature workshop where we will explore the beauties and benefits of elder & aronia berries. The cold and flu season will be upon us soon and elder & aronia berries are chocked full of vitamin C, quercitin and are great for respiratory health.
Join us for an evening of mindful movement, fruit picking from the orchard, and a hands-on workshop with elder & aronia berries organically grown at Honey Hollow Farm. Together we will make syrup that everyone can take home to have and use throughougt the season.
