Layla's Table & Sue Elkind of Dig Yoga are delighted to invite you for a Nourish in Nature workshop where we will explore the beauties and benefits herbs & food that can act as medicine for our immune system during the winter months.
Join us for an evening of connection & intention setting, mindful movement and medicine making to take back to our home pantries.
We will also explore some food recipes with ingredients that support our bodies's immune systems.
