Layla  & Sue Elkind of Dig Yoga are delighted to invite you for a Sacred Sunday, Nourish in Nature workshop where we will explore the beauties and benefits of elderberries. The cold and flu season will be upon us soon and elderberries are chocked full of vitamin C, and is great for respiratory health.
Join us for an afternoon of playing with elderberries grown at Honey Hollow Farm and together we will make elderberry syrup that everyone can take home to have and use throughougt the season.
