Join Sue for a grounding evening that begins with gentle movement, breath, and seasonal teachings from Ayurveda. We’ll explore how the body shifts during this time of year and the herbs, spices, and self-care rituals that best support digestion, clarity, and vitality. Then we’ll move into the kitchen for hands-on medicine making:

Agni Ghee: a warming digestive ghee infused with seasonal spices to gently rekindle digestive fire

Circulatory Abhyanga Oil: a sesame-based herbal oil to support movement of lymph, nourish the nervous system, and brighten winter energy

Everyone leaves with:
