Fall is a beautiful time of the year when Mother Nature’s harvest is providing us with a bounty of herbs and medicine. It is also an ideal time to create herbal remedies to support our immune system for the coming months ahead.

About the event
Fall is the perfect time to warm up and ground down, shifting into a colder climate.
Join Sue & Layla this October for a special Nourish Class where we’ll gather in circle with herbal infusions, breathe and meditate on the healing properties of our teas and learn different ways to use them to create medicinal magic.
We will be working with cider: both making fire cider a great medicinal concoction that will boost the immune system throughout the winter and we will experience fresh pressed cider making on the farm as well.
Most importantly we will have an opportunity to gather in great company and explore the beauty of nature in a healing and meditative way.
Bring a blanket and mason jar and wear comfortable clothing/shoes to walk the farm.
