About the event
As we celebrate matters of the heart this month, what a better time than to nourish our own hearts, as well as the hearts of those we love most.
In our time together we will be feeding ourselves with nourishment that will not only support heart health but also that encourage us to keep our hearts open.
We will start our evening with a mocktail and infusion to ground us each intoa meditation of setting intentions in how we want to tend to the needs of the heart.
Our meal will include playing with ingredients such as leafy greens, citrus fruits, salmon, pomegranate, rose and dark chocolate.
Although this is an open invitation to all pescetarians, vegetarians will also have plenty to indulge in.
Cost is $88 a person
Come with a loved one, price for two tickets $150.
