On this self-discovery day retreat, you'll be guided to find yourself again through growing your mind, practicing self-acceptance, and so much more within the body and the mind. Join Holistic Health Practitioner, Heather, and Spiritual Business Coach and Yoga Instructor, Shannon, as you give yourself the time and space you truly need and desire. This retreat will include:
- Self-accepting practices like Emotional Freedom Techniques tapping (EFT) and meditation
- Self-discovery through human design, yoga, and aromatherapy
- Spiritual tools to cleanse your energy and flow into your subconscious
