Whole Body Nourishment Workshop: Probiotics for your Soil & Self - Kraut, Kimchi and Seed Starting

Please join us at Honey Hollow Farm for a Whole Body Nourishment Workshop specified for the importance of feeding our selves and soil probiotics.

• Presented by Layla's Table - we will be exploring the wonderous world of fermented cabbage through sauerKraut and Kimchi, learning to make our own sauerkraut and kimchi to take back to our own kitchens.
• Each is a timeless and classic food options that incorporate natural probiotics and ensure the nourishment of gut-bacteria and health. 
• We will also be playing with a mixture of probiotics for the our soil, learning the importance of inviting in bacteria and organisms to have healthy growing culture for our gardens led by Graham whose passion has become organic farming. 
• We will explore with planting seeds to take home to water and watch grow.
• We will also do a short meditation/visualization on how we can feed our souls in the upcoming months of summer.
