Wintering...
Tis the season to move inwards so that we can reflect, set new intentions and infuse ourselves in the element of winter: water.
What a better way to honor the season and it's element by making a few different soups and stews.
We invite you to join us on Janurary 11th from 6-9pm
What is included in the evening:
- Welcome Circle & Intention Setting
- Discussion of the element of winter: water and the parts of our body that we need to tend to.
- Explore seasonal ingredients that have nutritional value and that nourish our bodies
- Prepare 3 different soups/stews that will culminate in the opportunity to break bread, find gratitude and create connection with others.
