Yoga of Living: Herbal Medicinal Infusions and Tinctures

This is the time of the year when Mother Nature is providing us with a bounty of herbs that are sprouting up all around us. It is a perfect opportunity for us to play with the various herbs, learn about their health benefits and experience different ways to use them to create medicinal magic.

We will sample and concoct tinctures and herbal infusions that we can take home to our own pantries. Most importantly we will have an opportunity to explore the beauty in our connection to nature in a meditative way.

Bring a blanket and mason jar and wear comfortable clothing/shoes to walk the farm.
