I understand that I am freely choosing to conduct activities on a farm and such activities engaged while on the premises of Honey Hollow Farm may be hazardous due to the nature of the activities and/or the location on a farm.

I expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm in these activities or presence on the farm.

I (and my family, heirs, and personal representatives) willingly and knowingly release the Honey Hollow Farm and its officers, owners, employees and agents from any and all liability for any personal injury or damage to property relating to my participation.

I (and my family, heirs, and personal representatives) agree to assume all of the risks and responsibilities of my participation.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any hospital or other costs arising out of any personal injury or property damage relating to my participation on Honey Hollow Farm.

When walking around the wooden floors, please be mindful of any marking shoes or shoes with large heels.

Also, the staircases are old and steep and can be slippery. Please use caution on the stairs.

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON STAIRS WITH SLIPPERY SOCKS. Please walk with soft-sole shoes, grippy socks or barefoot.

We do not typically allow pets. If you are considering bringing a pet, it will need to be pre-approved.

Do remember that this is a working farm with a lot of equipment. For your safety, kindly stay out of the barns and the deer-fenced area.

This is a drug free and non-smoking facility at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any guests violating the smoking/drug restrictions will be asked to leave the premises by the event staff.

Client agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner.

Honey Hollow Farm reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of Honey Hollow Farm or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents.

This liability waiver and release extends to the farm together with all owners and participants in it.

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Wavier of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
